ISO 9000 & MIL-1-45208 Quality Program

In order to assure our present and future customers a product consistent with their expectations, we at Proto-Cast have developed a Quality Program based on ISO 9000 and MIL-I-45208 with an emphasis on continuous improvement. Future registration to the International Standards Organization is a definite goal of Proto-Cast.

When a customers' purchase order is received, Quality Control is on the job: reviewing, checking, and documenting. We start by certifying the correct raw material is being used, production equipment is properly set-up, the product is inspected / tested at scheduled intervals, and packaging meets PO requirements. This complete process is documented. Each first product receives a detailed and thorough First Article Inspection Report that is sent to the customer with the first shipment.

We have up-to-date quality control computer software to meet your SPC and Measurement and Test Equipment Calibration requirements.

Our facility is open for your inspection and review of your Quality Control requirements.
