We have skilled toolmakers utilizing CAM and CNC equipment to build and maintain your tooling. We treat all of our customers’ molds as if they were our children.

We produce soft and hard tooling - soft tooling being aluminum for smaller quantity requirements and hardened tooling for high production quantities.

We have a rigid maintenance program of cleaning each tool before and after production. Each tool has a historical record about all repairs and potential wear areas. This is done to stay one step ahead of any potential complications. We communicate any areas where improvements can be made in order to allow you ample time to solve the situation before the next production run.
